My Lil' Buddy comes in several different colors and styles.

Completed Puppet

Each kit comes with everything needed to build your Lil' Buddy puppet.

The felt throat and tongue has removable paper backing to expose the adhesive for application to the mouth area.

The Throat and Tongue are attached to the center hinged line area inside the mouth.

Throat & Tongue

Add some of the poly-fil stuffing from the kit to fill out the hands and arms to your puppet.

Arms

Using an upholstery needle and thread, attach each arm with thumbs in up position to the side of the puppet's body.

The small stuffed brain is design to fill out the puppets head and act as a cushion for the fingers place on top of the mouth plate.

A couple of simple stitches is all that is needed to attach the yarn to the head's center.

Sew a running stitch around the edge of the fabric circle and gather a pom inside or hot glue a pom instead, approx. 1/2" from the lip.

Making The Nose

Align the center of each ear with the nose and pin in place. Add a few stitches to secure each ear or use your hot glue gun to adhere them.

Once the ears have been positioned on each side of the head begin stitching one at a time with your needle and thread to attach them.

Choose a set of eyes and hot glue them above the nose approximately 1/2" apart and above the nose.

Puppet Eyes

Your puppet is now completed and is ready to enjoy! Personalize your puppet with acrylic markers by adding eyebrows, lashes, freckles, etc.
